Senior Solutions Consultant (3 positions)

Be a part of this exciting, sustainable opportunity and work with the best of the best! PSS is looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant for its professional services team to work closely with customers in requirements gathering, analysis, and software implementations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Using PSS framework and working directly with clients, gather customer requirements and author business requirements documentation (BRDs) for client implementations.
  • Present requirements analysis to client executive sponsors and project teams for buy in, and manage all aspects of client communications
  • Lead several concurrent customer projects, including coordinating PSS technical consultants as required to complete installation and configuration tasks identified in the requirements analysis.
  • Author and update project plans in coordination with client project teams and PSS technical consultants to achieve stated customer objectives.
  • Manage change requests, including revisions to requirements documents and statements of work.
  • Directly contribute and influence product direction and requirements.
  • Participate in strategic industry events and key sales opportunities.
  • Regular (25-50%) travel to client sites throughout North America.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • BS/MS degree plus 4 years of business process and implementation consulting at an enterprise software company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and project management "hygiene"
  • Customer facing skills and experience, including ability to work with business professionals with little or no software experience
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications, such as CRM or ERP.
