Deidre Paknad
President & CEO, PSS Systems, Founder, CGOC

Deidre leads the company and drives its solution vision. She founded the CGOC, a professional community on retention and preservation, in early 2004 to assemble an ecosystem of domain experts to inform the company’s product and market strategies. She is a member of several Sedona working groups including legal holds and legacy data and is a recognized subject matter expert on legal holds and enterprise retention. Deidre is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with 23 years' experience. After 10 years in corporate operations roles, she moved to developing business solutions for companies including software for SEC and FDA regulated markets. Before joining PSS, Deidre was at Certus, where she launched the company’s Sarbanes Oxley compliance strategy and solution.

Prior to Certus, Deidre founded and was CEO of CoVia Technologies from 1996 to 2000. Under her leadership, the company achieved significant customer success with companies such as American Airlines, ADP, Credit Suisse, First American Financial, Intuit, Wells Fargo and others. Deidre and the company were inducted into the Smithsonian Institution for innovation in 1999 and again in 2000. She has held numerous marketing and operations management positions in the software, consumer, and healthcare industries. She graduated from the University of California.

Scott Cohen
Vice President, Sales

Scott Cohen leads PSS's sales effort. His track record of success in enterprise software sales includes rapidly growing companies’ footprint in emerging markets and securing market leadership in high-growth organizations. He has successfully established market leadership positions in such categories as enterprise governance, risk, and compliance management, supply chain management, and supplier management. Most recently, Scott served as the Director of Strategic Accounts and Director of International Sales at Certus Software, where he was responsible for the companies early and ongoing sales successes. Scott helped guide his customers to more scalable, sustainable approaches to Sarbanes Oxley compliance as they faced new rules, requirements and process challenges. He was responsible for growing the Fortune 500 and international market from the company's inception to its world class customer base, including such notable companies as Alcon, Countrywide, Great West Life, General Electric, Pepsico, Yahoo!, and Zurich Financial. Previously, Scott was with i2 Technologies in various senior sales roles where he closed multi-million dollars in new business in the Western Region of the U.S. Scott has also held senior sales positions at ClearOrbit and Pitney Bowes. He holds a B.A. degree from the University of Arizona.

Trevor Chamberlain
Vice President, Business Development

Trevor leads all aspects of PSS Systems business development and alliance activities. Trevor has more than a decade of experience in marketing, sales, and alliances both at start-ups and large technology companies. He has a strong track record in uncovering strategic opportunities that compliment technology, increase market share, and drive revenue for companies.

Prior to joining PSS Systems, Trevor was a member of the executive team at Orchestria, which was acquired by CA in January 2009. While at Orchestria, Trevor led business development, alliance, and marketing activities and established relationships with key leading vendors such as EMC, Symantec, IBM, and HP. Additionally, he helped Orchestria land several of their early customers.

Previously, Trevor held alliance and channel positions at a large telco and a supply chain startup company.

Donna S. Kostigen
Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Kostigen brings more than 20 years of corporate finance, strategic planning and management experience to PSS Systems. Prior to joining PSS Systems, Ms. Kostigen spent 10 years at BEA Systems, a leading provider of enterprise infrastructure software. During her tenure at BEA Systems, she held various positions including, VP of Finance for Worldwide Sales & Marketing, VP of Finance for Worldwide Services and Corporate Financial Reporting. Prior to BEA Systems, Ms. Kostigen was the Corporate controller for a small telecommunications start-up where she successfully completed an IPO, additionally she held a management position at a regional public accounting firm. Ms. Kostigen holds a bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Dakota.

John Page
Vice President of Professional Services

John Page leads all of PSS's Client Services, including Consulting, Training, and Support. John is a seasoned executive with 25 years of experience in enterprise software, systems integration, and consulting services industries. He has grown & led services organizations across a variety of business models, including publicly held and multi-billion enterprise software companies, Big 6 consulting firms, as well as start-up & early stage organizations. He has a demonstrated expertise at building Services Strategies, Offerings, and Delivery Capabilities that meet and exceed ever changing market demands. Prior to joining PSS Systems, John was SVP Professional Services for Ingenix, a $2B Healthcare software technology & services organization where he was responsible for consolidating many fragmented services teams into a single enterprise PS organization with diverse delivery capabilities. Previously he served as EVP Global Services for Stellent, a leading Enterprise Content Management provider where he successfully helped grow and mature the organization culminating in a successful acquisition by Oracle. Prior to Stellent, John spent the majority of his career building & leading consulting and systems integration capabilities for NerveWire, Technology Solutions Company, KPMG Consulting, and Coopers & Lybrand. He started his career in engineering & sales for IBM and Control Data. Page holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.

Pierre Raynaud-Richard
Vice President, Engineering

Pierre is a seasoned technology executive who has led engineering strategy and product delivery for numerous generations of product from operating systems to complex, 7x24 applications. In his 16 year engineering career, he has managed engineering teams from 2 to 200 across global development centers to bring complex, world class products to customers. He is a technically distinguished computer scientist as well as respected engineering leader. Pierre has been a member of company leadership teams during company launch, M&A, IPO, turnarounds, and complex litigation.

Pierre joins PSS from Openwave where he was Vice President of Engineering (end to end) and led several engineering and product teams over his tenure. Prior to Openwave, he was Vice President of Engineering R&D at PalmSource. He also held the VP of Engineering post at Be Incorporated, a very innovative technology company where he worked from 1995 to 2001. He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique de Paris and Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications in France.

Eric Saltzman
EVP, Corporate Development

As Executive Vice President, Business Alliances and Strategy at PSS Eric Saltzman has over 20 years of experience in finance, strategic planning, business development, and law. Originally joining PSS as CFO in 2006, Eric now uses his broad experience to identify and build strategic partnerships, facilitate business discussions with customers, and identify issues and trends that impact the company's business strategy. As both a finance professional and an attorney, Eric pays particular attention to the importance of controlling litigation expense through accurate forecasting and proactive cost management. He also draws upon his experience overseeing the legal and IT functions to provide guidance on effective cooperation between those groups in managing preservation and retention programs. Eric has held CFO positions at Vendavo, Qualys, TimesTen, Inc. and Electronics for Imaging, Inc. (NASDAQ: EFII). At EFI, he also led the company's business development, licensing and legal operations for many years. Eric previously spent six years advising technology companies as a corporate attorney at Cooley Godward, on matters ranging from strategic partnerships to initial public offerings. Eric holds a B.A. from Swarthmore College and a J.D. from Stanford University.
