PSS Systems Appoints Eric Saltzman as Chief Financial Officer
Saltzman’s Finance Experience and Legal Expertise are Strategic Advantages as Company Hits Rapid Growth Stage
Mountain View, California, November 15, 2006 PSS Systems, the leader in legal holds and retention management solutions, has appointed Eric Saltzman as Chief Financial Officer. Saltzman has more than 18 years experience in key finance, business development and legal positions within both private and public technology companies.
At PSS, Saltzman will serve as CFO and a key member of the senior management team helping the company leverage its early market leadership through a fast growth period. He will also work on expanding the company’s business relationships with new partners, support the sales team in creating new customer opportunities, and lead the finance and administrative functions.

Previously, Saltzman was CFO at Vendavo, creator of price management software solutions for complex, global corporations, and Qualys, a provider of hosted, on-demand vulnerability management and policy compliance services. Prior to that, he served as CFO at TimesTen, Cygent and Electronics for Imaging. At Electronics for Imaging, he also led business development and a wide array of licensing and complex distribution activities for the company. As an attorney, Saltzman advised technology companies on matters ranging from strategic partnerships to initial public offerings. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Swarthmore College and a Juris Doctor from Stanford University Law School.
